Idle Stabilizer Controller....it's located about 1 foot in front of
the right rear taillight behind the air box feed cover.

You should be able to remove it by feel if you remove the taillight
and stick your arm into the hole.

Also check wiring connections on the Blue temp sender on the
thermostat housing.
