i went to pull out the filler neck from my '90 parts van...i wanted the
updated '88-'91 filler neck (251 201 129A) with the float ball - to keep the gas
from backwashing up the filler neck and puking out the hole when i filled up my
85..

low and behold..the float ball is gone..  the cage is intact, but apparently
the float ball had fallen out of the cage and is floating around the tank
somewhere.    has anyone ever had this happen, and are the float balls available
seperately??? id rather not drop the tank just to fish the ball out..

anyone know?
