Rotate the tube so the hole is facing to the front or back of the van, whichever is easier to access. Clean the area with alcohol to degrease it. Apply JB weld to the area. Rotate the tube so the repair is at the top, thus keeping oil off of it during normal operation. It should be fine. Hi I have a leaky pushrod tube (was hit by something, got a blow, is cracked in the middle). I tried to patch it up with some tin from a beercan, but it doesnt hold tight. Any good ideas? /JJ
