Chris, In North-By-God-Carolina the S.O.Bs (Sweet Ole Boys) who run the annual vehicle saftey and emmisions testing charge me $10 extra to test the tinting. This is every year, to make sure it complies with state law opacity levels. Your results may vary. Ken Lewis
