I can't imagine ANY true member of the Cult of Vanagon (including the
much more fervent Cult of Syncro Westy) valuing a STOCK Vanagon over
one with any of the well-known, recommended improvements. If someone
is a "cult follower" willing to pay MORE for a stock Vanagon, they
need to be knocked upside the head. This guy's a lying weasel.
Obviously the "cult following" is nothing more than the standard
Uninformed Sucker. They sound like any other used car dealer: buy
cheap from the unwitting, and sell dear to the unknowing.
