I just received one-a them adjustable voltage regulators from Barton
Harness. It goes into the back of the alternator (1.9l WBX, Bosch
alternator). Their web site is a bit light on "how to" information,
other than "be careful and don't break it, you ninnyhammer."
This thing has a couple of graphite brushes sticking out, spring-loaded.
I expect that a fellow is meant to smoosh them into the case before
trying to insert the regulator body into the alternator. Does someone
have some Handy Hints for this plucky squirrel?
