Just our two cents worth about the ladder.  We use a small four leg folding stool that we bought at Wal Mart for like $5.  It works great, and when you're done with it you fold it up and it lays flat.  Also serves as an extra seat while you're camping - inside or outside.  We've always had ladders for our various motorhomes over the years and never seem to use them - they're bulky and  get in the way.
