With all the AC talk recently, I've had a few people ask about how I built my AC bracket for my Wolfy, so I took a quick picture of the bracket. The picture shows just the frame on one of my parts vans. The AC unit I use is at home so you'll just have to use your imagination on how it sits. http://www.vanagonparts.com/temp/ac.jpg I built it in an hour or so, using ~$20 worth of aluminum and other bits from Home Despot. I used aluminum stock (flat and 90 degree angle) to build a folding frame. It was built to fit one of the small 5000BTU AC units you find at Costco. The small gap that is left at the top is filled with a piece of high density foam. The frame was built for a Wolfsburg so it won't fit on a Westy with the smaller sliding windows. Nothing against Westies, I just prefer to use a Carat of Wolfy since I tend to stay in one place and don't like cooking inside. Cheers, Jeff
