I have a set.  I don't notice any noise difference one way or the  other.
What I like is that I can leave the windows down a couple of inches  on really
hot days and I don't have to worry about rain soaking my seats.   Also, when
driving in the rain, these keep most of the rain out if you have the  windows
cracked.
