Your finger's alone aren't going to get the job done Bob,

Take a trip to any body shop supply house and pick up a KD window
moulding tool.
(Some FLAPS have this tool also, check any local NAPA)

Spray the rubber with a load of WD-40 and using the tool, the moulding
will slip right in place----in minutes.

Your finger's will thank you.
