Did you replace the bushing? Just a problem mine had...and was cleared up when I replaced the @#$%^& bushing... Although, mine normally gave me the no start when hot... Also, I ran a clean LARGE new ground wire directly from the battery to the bellhousing...no question of ground...that ended up clearing up my surging problems on the road too...
