What is the difference between 27X8.5QR14 and 185/R/14 tire sizes?

Ive seen both mentioned as the tires ppl use for their vans and there are a
few more options in the 27X8.5QR14 range that I like when searching for
those VS the standard 185/R/14

Is there any difference?

thanks!
