This is a where-what-who-when- and how much
question.

I never read  threads on locking water fill caps
but now it's relevant to me- can a key be made
for the water fill?

Is this a DUH question?

Do I have to go through the  s-l-o-w archives?

Is a locking cap even needed? I suppose to keep
kids of nutjobs from poisoning you?

Where to by, what's it called, from whom,  when
can I have one, and how much?
