I do not believe that a misalignmed front end can cause a wheel vibration.
One item which is sometimes overlooked is the condition of the inner tie rod
end.

If all else fails, you might be a candidate for a "Road Force" wheel balance.
 I've had to resort to that on cars whose wheels are indexed to the hubs.
