I got it at a local hardware.  It is a Devcon product which claims to be "The
Latest in Super Glue Technology".  It is supposed to stick together ANY type
of plastic.  I tested this claim to the max on some polyethylene and it did
stick pretty well, but not to the point of rupturing the substrate.
