Heh. Well, at least they're only HALF lying. Quite an amusing product. There 
are folks out there I've seen in various motor forums who believe this 
nonsense because they see the improved fuel economy, and assume HALF true 
must be ALL true. It usually has to be explained to them several times, in 
many different ways, that obstructing the intake simply reduces maximum 
airflow, thus reducing maximum throttle. The kind of lead-foot hotrodder 
yahoos who would buy this sort of thing are DEFINITELY going to see better 
fuel economy from anything that limits their "every green light is a drag 
race" gas pedal stomping. The same effect can also be achieved by attaching 
a small block of wood to back of the gas pedal to keep you from pushing it 
all the way to the floor. The thicker the block, the better the fuel 
economy!
