Alright - If I have a fluid leak from above the spare tire - is it my steering rack that's leaking p/s fluid???

second - no matter which hole i poke (get you mind out of the gutter) I can't set the correct time on my clock, arrrrrggggghhhhh!
Would this mean that I have to replace it?? It works other than the fact the time is off by 6 hrs.
