All chuckling aside from the side thread from this,
I'd like to thank you all for the suggestions.
I haven't gone to the FLAPs yet to pick out what I'm
going to use.  But I'll take my compiled list and
see what's available.

I like the simplicity of the flap mechanism although
it could definately been engineered a bit better...
