It's 6 am and all is quiet in the campground. I awaken, stretch, and get
out of bed to get the water boiling under the kettle for that first cup
of coffee. Nature calls. While others might keep a tank of human waste
in their Westy, I just can't. No, I heed the call of the back of the
nearby shrub. Or the nearly clean vault toilet up the road a piece. It
was cleaned just last week. Easing the sliding door open, I step outside
to take care of business. I return to Mellow Yellow and climb back
inside. Mrs Squirrel is still drowsing under the covers, all I can see
of her is her topknot, she ties her hair up like Pebbles Flintstones
when she sleeps. I don't want to waken her. I close the sliding door --
SssssshhhhhhhhhhTHUNK!!

Mrs Squirrel startles. I hear the sound of frustrated cursing from
nearby camp sites where the binge drinkers are shocked awake to
crippling headaches, and sour stomaches, their tongues neatly cleaved to
the roofs of their mouths.

Has anyone found a way to make the closing of that sliding door a little
more civilized?
