Don't be silly, no one can get up to highway speed driving *through* NYC...
but on my side of the Hudson, you'll definitely get a display of the New
Jersey "state bird" if you drive slowly.

My personal favorite is when I'm driving 65-ish in the right lane, and find
myself passing traffic because people are trundling along at low speed in
the left lanes... and it's never folks in old VWs.
