RE: Gas Mileage
Recent (first two weeks of this month) experience on a 1402 mile trip in my
'90 Westy Automatic, one passenger, full water tank, moderate load: For the
trip, 18.84 mpg. High segment was 19.94 mpg, lowest was 17.41. And this was
with a LOT of hill climbing and narrow, curvy roads. Freeway driving was
kept in the 55 to 60 mph range but most of the mileage was off the freeway..
My experience around town is lower but I haven't bothered to keep track in
town.
