No. Santana is the Passat "limousine". But as I saw all the VW/Audi
models contains the same wiper/washer relays. So if it works in a '81
VW Golf/Passat/Santana, it will in '88 Vanagon (Transporter).

What is more: also in the new Skoda (old Slovak/Czecho-Slovakian
make; had been bought by VW). They sell the adjustable (by switching
on and off) relays about $10-$15.
