Dont know if they still have it but chrysler used to have an 800 number for product complaints to corporate level. I had to use it only once and was shocked at the fantastic service. Called on one item but mentioned a second I had noted while they had the vehicle apart for the inspection when I complained to the service rep about the work. An optional corrosion preventive treatment had not been applied correctly. The wheel and axle job they did was not staying fixed (the primary reason for the call). Mentioned the second as well while I was heated up already. Was sent to another dealer 25 miles away with a complaints inspection manager. He had the tech do the same disassemble and I was refunded everything and they corrected the job with the CORRECT parts. Got a check in the mail for the corrosion prevention product from chrysler about 10 days after the call. jimt On 10/2/05 6:19 PM, "John Lauterbach" <lauterba@BELLSOUTH.NET> wrote: > Larry, others may disagree with the following, but here is what has worked > for me in the past.
