Wesley, Wrecking yards are full of them, and they're most often free for the asking - no, don't just stuff them in your pocket. This develops bad karma. I don't think I've ever had a yard charge me for items under a buck, or maybe even under $5. OTOH, I always empty my pockets and show them what treasures I've found. Karl Wolz No, Wes, (may I call you Wes?) I'm not preaching at you. Just a few folks who have advocated "taking what you need" from time to time. > -----Original Message----- > From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of > Wesley Pegden > Sent: Thursday, October 06, 2005 2:25 PM > To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM > Subject: Damping ring and washer for front shocks: Where Can I Get Them? > > Hi, > I got the Al-ko shocks that the bus depot carries.
