Litigation is a pain in the ass, especially when it comes to splitting
up the property in a family.

You'll soon find out who is the biggest AH is.

It'll cost you maybe $40.00 to file a multiple suit against her, and
will probably slow things down for awhile.
( as far as her having you out on the street)

Get to the county clerks office first thing Monday morning and file for
defamation of character,  mental anguish, or something , just to take
the immediate monkey off your back.

Meanwhile, I'd do some shopping real quick for competent Loophole to get
your tit outa the wringer.

See if you can get a stay of execution from the judge for another 90
days.

Meanwhile you can be stirring some gruel.

It'll take some fast movement on Monday, but I think this is your only
way out, or at best a temporary fix.

Otherwise I think your going to be brown bagging it on the curb on
Monday.
