Semi gloss Krylon will do the job perfect.

Lightly address the border with some 600 paper.

Mist the surface with the Krylon, don't bury it in the paint.

It'll be good as new in a couple of minutes.

Wipe the whole dash down witn Armour All when your al done, you'll never
see it.
