I have plans and drawings for a homebuilt airplane that bears the name "Volksplane" Uses an aircooled VW engine for a powerplant. So in the vernacular it is the "Peoples Plane". The Volksplane is not a product, only the plans and drawings are. YOu buy the plans, then build your own. It become a "Volksplane" only when you get all the parts assembled. Until it's completed and flying, it's only a pile of parts. And you build the parts from raw materials. What is VW going to do? Sue everyone that builds the airplane? Sue the designer?? He is only selling paper. The buyer of the paper is the builder. This could be very ineresting.
