It's for fuel lines - the 7mm ID ones that feed fuel from tank to the injectors
Clamps are specified by diamter (typically a range).
 
I just don't have acess to the van to measure the hose next to a clamp to determine the diameter of clamp to order and work wants to place the order today.
 
BTW, nice stainless steel clamps with rolled edges are available from McMasterCarr - an industrial source.  Discoverd these about 7 years ago on mylast van - wish I had noted the part number or the size then!
