After stretching it as long as I can, I've got three weeks to pass
emissions so I figures I better get working on it. I live in Tucson, AZ,
I'm guessing Phoenix procedures are the same.

Can anyone tell me what is involved in the evap canister/gas cap test?
Is it just the pressure test at the gas cap? And/or a visual inspection?

The reason I ask is when I did my Tiico conversion I unhooked the
canister and plugged the line to the overflow tanks. So, it should hold
pressure at the gas cap but its not hooked up. I can hook it up if I
really need to, but it would be a lot of work at this point.
