hey, windshield wipers stopped working. the relay (in
the #10 slot) and fuse (#17) are both good (swapped
with ones from working bus). No power is getting to
the wiper motor tested with DVM. I swapped the switch
mechanism from the steering column and that didn't
make a difference! these worked early in the summer
and now they don't!

any ideas?
