I finally got the van back together after pulling the engine and replacing the head gaskets, along with a bunch of other stuff!

It seems to be ok this time.  I can't take it for a long drive til I get license tags on it again, but it's fine at low speed.

It doesn't seem to have as much power as it should at full throttle, but I think there's a problem with the full throttle switch and I need to re-check the ignition timing.
