In Windows XP the ETKA installs in two files on Drie C root directory.
The files are

epc_prog and epc_root

Simply delete these two directly to the trash bin and empty the trash.

That should do it.

If you wanted to be super thorough a search through the registry may aid
further removal of any residual files.
