RE: Grounding.....
The grounding is achieved when the metal/grounded nozzle comes in contact
with the metal filler pipe in the vehicle.  Watching the video it is obvious
that the nozzle is grounded:  The ignition occurs around the handle of the
nozzle when the static charge on the woman is grounded and sparks in the
midst of the fumes.
