Here's another thought, if a listee has a set of these arches them we can
possibly mold those, or simply create a mold from the actual van arch.

It might take some time but we could then customize the extension width of
the arch.

I manage a team of craftsman, with 2 expert mold makers. I could ask them
the best way to do it, then make the mold and send it to John with the
vacuum former.

I believe the vacuum former uses polystyreen? Which I remember to be pretty
inexpensive. So the real cost goes into the time to vacuum form them (about
5 minutes or less per unit if I remember correctly).

Each listee that orders one can trim it them selves after the form is made
to speed production along and keep the cost low.

Just a thought.
