Just a few days ago I replaced the starter in my '85 Westy.  Of course
the 2wd machines don't have the problems that a syncro has but it took
me about an hour of unhurried work ... and that was in my driveway ...
after digging away a bit of snow so I could jack it up, put it on
stands, and crawl under.
