mind about CARB approved aftermarket items.  I believe it's not just Alaska
by the way, Washington and Oregon were talking about a similar approach.

Not thinking about it in Washington, done deal.  Don't know the effective
date.  Just ran my '90 T-Bird through the emmision station about 20 minutes
ago, my '90 Westy tomorrow probably.  Both vehicles have their tabs come due
in the same month and since they are the same model year have to be tested
at the same time.
