Brian,

The two major rebuilders are Maval and ZF (who are the original
manufacturers).  There's probably one or two smaller players doing this
rebuild as well.  We sell the Maval rebuilt rack for $197.55 ($200 core) and
the ZF unit for $349.80 outright (no core).
