Hi All,

My van is exhibiting a very strage power loss at low revs. The
throttle is completely unresponsive. For instance if I pull away from
a stoplight the rev's just hover somewhere around 800 but then the
engine "kicks in" and I can drive normally. The engine is not bucking,
its almost as though the throttle is not attached. Any thoughts?

P.S. Its pouring rain, my brake lights are not working and I got a
trailer wiring installed , they could be unrelated but I thought I
would mention them.
