I�d say you started downloading ETKA 6.3 in a P2P filesharing program
like eDonkey or eMule.
The *part is an incompleted downloaded file from these sharing tools.
The newest german ETKA is 6.3, update 613(?!) +-3

So, if you don�t have the rest of this file, discard it!
Try removing the ".part"  of the filename,  maybe the .iso-CD-image is
already complete and you have a new ETKA version.
