Update: Tassi has done nothing on my Van. They have had it for 2 1/2
weeks.

This is quite disturbing to me.

Is there anyone in the San Fran. area that can help? My idea is that if
someone stopped by the visit with them, they might move me a bit higher on
their priority list. A little gentle pressure goes a long way. ;-)
