I haven't used this stuff, but it is pretty expensive.  You can get FatMat,
Elemental sounds edead, or Rattle trap for about half the price.  Of course
many people have had good luck using inexpensive roofing material, but I
haven't been able to find any locally available brands that don't stink up
my van.
