Okay.., so maybe I want 15 x 7 wheels and also want tires that are meant for wheels no wider than 6.5 at the widest..., 

No problem..., just cut the wheels in half and rejoin??? Save the leftover alloy to make a few pens.. 

Does anyone have a strong idea on this concept???
