Hello, I know a few of you live / have lived in Alaska, and I friend of mine just called to say that she's going to be traveling there on business this week (Juno / Anchorage / Fairbanks). She's never been, and has a few questions: 1) Aside from heavy coat / boots / hat / gloves, any "God help her if she forgets that!" type of stuff she should be taking? 2) Is business dress there more causual there than in the lower 48? An odd question I suppose, but she's sweating it a little 3) She'll be there by herself. Any worries in that regard? Anyway, thanks for any input. As for the Vanagon content, my '87 Syncro (Cinnabrick), is very close to getting it's pilot bearing replaced and getting back on the road. Cheers! Nate Daniels
