No chance of getting by on the orignal title in PA.
Bad new reconstructed titles are dificult at best
in PA.  You must prove  the vehicle is up to date,
and safe.  Best off selling to a freind in another state
who can tile it as reconsturcted, and selling it back
to you in PA.
