I was just watching "One Day at War," a stark, slightly depressing
documentary on Discovery Times Channell...One of the stories was from
Mogadishu; a militia group was driving around recruiting soldiers for a
battle against another militia...

Their vehicle of choice?

A nice water-cooled Vanagon, white w/round headlights.  Looked like a
seven-seater, but actually had about 12 guys with big guns in it (and a few
more guys with guns standing on the back bumper.)
