I have no knowlege of this product. I just found it via Google. They say that most vinyl cleaners/conditioners contain silicone, which tends to dry out vinyl and plastics, and theirs doesn't. http://www.parasolinc.com/Products.asp?productID=PLASTICCARE707 Mike
