I would "grind" it off with some wet rags to cool the metal and not melt the
fiberglass.

A torch and painted fiberglass not a good mix.

But you might be much better with a torch than I am.
I find them fantastic for setting everything including myself on fire.

I got this fiberglass bumper on the back and can't take it off.  That big
bolt that holds the bracket is spinning.  I guess, spot welded nut got loose
and now I don't know what is best to do other than cutting off the head with
the torch.
Any ideas?
