Wow, I'll have to get me some of that.  pSounds similar to 3M's 2242
Electrical Rubber Tape I carry for that purpose, only with THREE TIMES the
pressure resistance. I'd probably still wrap a strip of plastic cut from a 2
liter bottle around it and secure it with cable ties, like you have to with
rubber tape. Just to be sure.
