fwd from the yahoogroups list... Subj: [vanagon] OK, heres a stumper! Need help Date: 3/6/06 1:55:38 AM Eastern Standard Time From: vze3sngp@verizon.net To: vanagon@yahoogroups.com Sent from the Internet (Details) OK, on my 83.5, just swapped out the dash cluster for a dash cluster with a tachometer. I am using the same switch block for the parking brake indicator. When I make a left turn with the turnsignal on, the parking brake indicator comes on! I am going to check the switch at the brake this week, but I was wondering, is there a wire in the steering column that would ground parking brake light and cause it to come on? It is probably at the brake lever itself, cause if I cycle the brake lever up and down it will go off. Strange gremlin... Keith
