So The sliding door was being a little stiff so head on down to local flaps
to see what they have on the shelf this 1 counter guys says the local
garage door guys swear by a product called "fluid film"
for the bearing for the  roller type grrage doors...
So I clean up the old gunk from the sliding door bearing & roller channel
& try this stuff wow that door rolls like its on a cushion of air
the stuff has been around since ww2 but never heard mention of it
any body else use it ?
